I really want to thank God for His mercies over my life. I’ve had a serious health condition since childhood, and all I’ve been able to do is manage the situation because there’s no real cure for it.
At the end of 2023 my medications were altered and after this change, I started experiencing pain in my legs and weakness from my waist down. It became difficult for me to stand or walk. It felt like I was being stabbed in multiple places at once.
I lost a job in October 2023 and afterwards, lost three more jobs in 2024 due to this health issue. This laid a heavy burden on my heart.
On Wednesday, 9th of October, 2024, my facilitator called to check up on me and found out I was struggling to walk. I felt severe pain whenever I placed my feet on the floor. She prayed with me and after the prayer, I placed my feet on the floor and felt the pain had reduced. She prayed a second time, and this time, I began walking around the room. I felt great relief!
I had once believed a lie from the devil that God wanted me to suffer in pain forever, but it turned out God has good plans for me. I’ve checked this one off my list and trust that God will perfect the rest. Glory!
